Park Dongsik, a thug working as a debt collector under the loan shark Moon Hocheol, is the kind of man who shows no mercy - no blood, no tears, no loyalty - when it comes to collecting overdue payments. Today, as always, he carries out his duties flawlessly. To get his money, he’ll go as far as pulling down his pants and urinating in someone else’s business. His only hobby is watching porn featuring men in suits.
One day, while enjoying a video alone in his car and getting worked up, a stranger suddenly approaches him. The man, crouched low, asks for a light. Strikingly beautiful and elegant beyond anything Dongsik has ever seen - even on TV - he takes Dongsik’s lighter and walks away. Working under a loan shark, doing all kinds of dangerous and dirty jobs, Dongsik had survived countless brushes with death. His final wish was simple: in his next life, he wanted to be born into a rich family and live without worries.
When he opens his eyes again, he finds himself not in heaven or hell, but in a luxurious private hospital room. And in the mirror stands not Park Dongsik - but the very man he had tried to save. As Dongsik struggles to comprehend this impossible situation, another man appears, claiming to be his guardian. Asking how he could possibly forget him, the man suddenly kisses him - and calls Dongsik his sister-in-law.
